COPACETIC

All original compositions, this collection of bluegrass instrumentals is sure to tickle your ears!  Includes special guests Russell Watkins on mandolin and Emma McDowell on fiddle.

This album is dedicated to the memory of my cousin, Jakob Bellamy (1981-2002).  Jakob suffered from severe Bipolar Disorder aggravated by the events of 9/11.  As Jacob of the Old Testament wrestled with God, so our Jakob bravely wrestled with his illness.  His courage truly amazed us as he struggled to conquer the fears, the voices, and the delusions of the disease.  “Jakob’s Song” is a special tribute to the celebration of Jakob’s life.

For The Time Being ...

Daniel Holt Bohannon presents his original compositions expressed primarily through the acoustic guitar.

"I would like to thank my Lord and Savior for all that He has done for me.  In addition to placing me in a loving family, He has provided several influential people in my life that have mentored me both spiritually and musically.  This recording, which is a personal 'thank you' to these people, is comprised of original compositions that highlight my musical style for the time being."
